FAQ
Everything worth asking before you apply.
Is this a course, an app, or a plan I download?
None of those. Luma is a coaching relationship. Your nutrition and training guidance is built for you, reviewed with you, and adjusted as your life and progress change. There is no public course library and no self-service program catalogue.
What does personalization actually mean here?
It means your starting point, your schedule, your food preferences, your training experience, and the equipment you actually have decide what your structure looks like — not a template that gets sent to everyone.
Do I need a gym?
No. Your training structure is built around the equipment and time you genuinely have access to, whether that is a full gym, a few dumbbells at home, or something in between.
How often do we speak?
Coaching includes regular check-ins where you share how the week went and your guidance is reviewed and adjusted. The exact cadence is agreed with you when your coaching starts.
What are the group sessions?
Group sessions are a benefit inside coaching for active clients: shared movement, connection, and accountability alongside your individual guidance. They are not sold separately and are not open to the public.
Will you tell me exactly what to eat?
You receive practical nutrition guidance built around your goals and everyday routine — structure you can follow in a real week, not a rigid list that collapses the first time plans change.
Is this medical or clinical care?
No. Luma provides wellness coaching and education. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it does not replace care from your own qualified healthcare professional.
How long before I see progress?
That depends on your starting point, consistency, and life circumstances, so no honest coach can promise a timeline or a result. What coaching gives you is a clear structure and ongoing support so consistency becomes realistic.
What happens after I apply?
Your application is reviewed personally. If coaching looks like a good fit, you receive a reply by email with the next step. If it is not the right fit, you are told honestly rather than sold something anyway.
